Talent Assessment, development and coaching

Talent assessment. We are qualified in a range of psychometric assessment tools which help people build self-awareness of their strengths, drivers and any characteristics that might undermine their impact or growth (de-railers). The assessments we use are credible, world leading psychometrics and we always ensure every person has a full and comprehensive feedback session. We also provide a suite of 360 degree feedback tools.
Talent development and coaching. We provide one to one coaching to individuals, either as part of a personal development plan or as part of a high-potential leadership programme. We also design and deliver high-potential leadership development programmes (see leadership development).

Talent Strategy working with a global electronics consumer brand, we have partnered with the European Talent Team to build a talent review process that helps the organisation identify, nurture and develop talent across Europe.
Performance management and development framework – partnering with a national bank to help design and implement a contemporary performance management and development framework that put the employee and high-value performance and development conversations at its core.
Defining a future strategy and vision – working with a light railway and transport company to re-define its post-COVID impact by facilitating workshops to define a new future vision and strategy.
Developing Purpose – a Tech company had to change their business model as a result of COVID which meant them revisiting why they existed and who for. We worked with the whole organisation to understand what the unique impact was the company had on its customers, colleagues and communities it worked in.
Facilitation – we offer facilitation of team events which includes topics such as strategy planning, vision workshops, problem solving workshops.
