Julia is a Business Psychologist, Facilitator and Team Coach.  She founded People Science Consulting in 2019 to help clients with team, leadership and talent development. Before setting up the business, she spent more than 25 years in international leadership roles for companies such as GE and Virgin.

Julia set up People Science to bring business psychology and behavioural science to organisations in a way that is practical and makes a difference to performance and growth.   She loves working with teams to help them become cohesive, aligned and impactful, that’s her sweet spot.  Julia’s purpose is to inspire aspirations and grow talent, a purpose which underpins everything she does with her clients and the volunteering work she does.

Julia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a member of the British Psychological Society and Associate of Business Psychology. She has a first-class Masters degree in Business Psychology, and she is accredited in a range of psychometric and team profiling tools including Insights Discovery, Hogan Assessments, Saville Wave and Prism Brain Mapping. Julia lives in rural Northumberland with her partner and two lovely Labradors.

Jo has over 20 years global experience as a people and culture professional. She founded Red Rocket HR Consulting to use her wealth of HR, coaching and leadership development experience to support individuals, teams and businesses to thrive.

Jo has multi-sector background in Senior HR Leadership roles, working for organisations such as Microsoft, Barclays and Tesco. Jo is passionate about creating engaging, dynamic and fair workplaces. With CIPD, Psychology and coaching qualifications, through her psychotherapy and counselling experience Jo has a particular strength in supporting people to unblock barriers in their lives to achieve their personal and career goals.

Over her career, having seen first-hand the impact and success for people and business of truly collaborative teams, she delights in facilitating team development. She accredited in the use of Insights Discovery and Hogan Assessments. Jo lives in Lincolnshire, just outside of the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford, with her 2 children and Cavapoo.

Rob is a specialist in bringing positive psychology to life within organisations. He is the founder and Chief Positive Deviant of Tailored Thinking, a leading and award-winning evidence-based positive psychology, wellbeing and HR consultancy.

Rob was named #8 Most Influential Thinker by HR Magazine in 2023 and is world-leading when it comes to enabling and encouraging job crafting within workplaces. He started life as an HR consultant with PwC and has worked in HR Leadership roles in the UK and Australia. Rob is a TEDX speaker and author of Personalisation at Work by Kogan Page, a practical and evidence-informed guide to applying job crafting which was a finalist at the 2021 Business Book Awards.

Rob is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Chartered Fellow of the Australian HR Institute. He has a first-class Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and continues to collaborate with academics from the University’s Centre for Wellbeing Science. Rob lives with his young family in Durham and loves outdoor misadventures.

Dom is an experienced leadership consultant and executive coach with over 25 years of ‘hands-on’ industry expertise and a proven track record in developing high-performing teams. Having previously held senior executive positions with organisations such as Virgin Money and BT, his work spans multiple industries and includes clients such as BP, John Lewis, and the Environment Agency. With a close appreciation of business dynamics, Dom is adept at introducing cultural and structural changes that enhance team effectiveness and enable business growth. He emphasises a collaborative approach founded on collective leadership accountability and self-awareness. As a coach and ‘trusted advisor’, Dom is passionate about helping senior executives, and their teams, achieve their strategic and operational goals.

Dom is a certified coach and member of the Association for Coaching and International Society for Coaching Psychology. He is accredited in the use of Insights Discovery psychometric and team profiling tools and certified in CACHE Awareness of Mental Health. Dom lives with his family in the Scottish Borders and is a keen cyclist with a love of the outdoors.

Elen is a skilled and dedicated administrator with a rich background in hospitality and hotel management. She started her journey as an online administrator for Landmark Art in 2020 and has since gained a loyal group of clients who rely on her to keep their SME businesses on track.

Before joining the world of admin, Elen trained and worked in a variety of hotels and restaurants, including a season at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Berlin, and led the team as the Maître d' at Estonia's renowned Pädaste Manor.

Her attention to detail and exacting standards help her ensure that all aspects of business administration are covered, so business owners can focus on their clients needs. Elen is an expert in Microsoft’s 365 suite of tools. She also holds formal qualifications in Hotel Management.

Elen divides her time between Brighton and Estonia but primarily resides in Puglia, Italy with her husband and their lovable Corgi.
